Over the past 7 years, I have worked closely with start-ups and small businesses as leadership’s trusted confidant and professional Doer of All Things. As business hire #1 or #2 in a variety of industries, I have worked alongside founders to operationalize their visions. My favorite part has always been getting to work with and learn from kind, curious and creative people.
When I am not Biz Op’ing or Chief of Staff’ing, I spend most of my time outdoors between San Diego, CA & Jackson, WY. I love to explore and be active whether it’s in the mountains or in the city. As a systems engineer and organizational developer by education, I am drawn to technologies and organizations that help individuals live fulfilling, adaptable and more sustainable lives.
All successful organizations, no matter how big or small, are simply groups of humans working towards a common vision. My professional mission as a systems builder is to enable individuals and organizations to achieve their goals efficiently and enjoyably.
